Does installation require wiring or access to our network?
Wireless sensors communicate with a gateway that transmits readings over the cellular network. This configuration does not require access to your Wi-Fi. Installation requirements are assessed according to the selected hardware.
What is the sensor battery life?
Battery life can reach seven years, depending on the hardware, transmission frequency and operating conditions. Power options are selected to meet the needs of your installation.
What is the wireless communication range?
Range can reach 10 km, depending on the hardware and site conditions. Gateway placement and quantity are determined by distances, buildings and other obstacles.
Can we export our data?
Historical data can be exported in CSV format for use in Excel or another analysis tool.
Can we keep our existing level sensors?
Compatibility depends on the sensor model and its output signal. We assess your equipment and connection options before recommending an installation.
Which products and measurements can be monitored?
The solution supports level monitoring for pellets, powders and liquids in silos and tanks. Available units and additional measurements, including temperature, depend on the configured equipment.
How is access managed?
Each user has an individual account with permissions suited to their role. Access to equipment and sites depends on the permissions assigned.
